Often on completion of alreg residentail project, we are invited to stay and oversee the show flat, help newcoiner settle in and start a community going.
Particularly for build-to-rent and large residential schemes, we offer ongoing refresh, community, and resident experience services — including regular site inspections, sales apartment re-staging, welcome sessions, resident events, and digital communications.
This service helps maintain presentation standards, strengthen resident engagement, and support long-term retention.
It also gives us a unique experience to get to know the peopel who are living in our interior designs and continue to improve them each time. -
Completed interiors often become valuable commercial assets.
We manage location hire for photography, filming, and events, including property listings, client liaison, shoot preparation, on-site styling, and aftercare to ensure the space is presented beautifully and protected throughout.
We needed Aly to design an office refit for our financial planning firm. It used to look like a jaded hospital ward with all the colour and personality that you would expect from a financial adviser. But in truth, that isn’t us and Aly latched on to this!
We needed the space to be more practical and to be used better, as well as just looking great. This involved extending internal offices, making the whole look and feel of the office more relaxed, comfortable and friendly too. It’s been a delight to see the results and we are already noticing increased productivity from being able to use our space better, have more client meetings and deal with people that are infinitely more relaxed due to the surroundings.
Aly is quick-thinking, creative as you would expect but also discerning in use of my time so that it was all as efficient as possible.
On a personal note, Aly is inspirational, exciting and relaxing to work with and done my ego no measure of good because being a business man with an over inflated sense of self-importance, being able to drop in that you have an interior designer is absolutely awesome! Consultation
We start with a discovery call on the phone or via video call, followed by an in-person design consultation. This initial stage is about understanding how you live, your aspirations, and the atmosphere you wish to create along with important information about the project. After gathering this insight, we'll present you with a tailored fee proposal. Once accepted, we proceed to the next stage.

Detailed Design
In this stage, we meticulously define every element, from ironmongery, sanitary fittings, and decorative lighting to custom joinery details and furnishings. Specifications and schedules are produced, samples approved, and supplier quotes secured, providing a comprehensive guide for implementation.

Concept Design
We explore initial ideas through mood boards, space layouts, and preliminary sketches. At this stage, we want to understand what resonates with you and encourage you to share images and ideas. This helps us define the overall aesthetic, spatial flow, and character of your interiors. Once we present the options, we refine any areas based on your feedback and arrive at a clear direction aligned with your vision.
05.
Procurement
We manage sourcing and purchasing, leveraging our trade relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. Furniture, lighting, artwork, décor, bespoke fittings and fixtures are ordered, co-ordinated, and tracked by our team.

Design Development
Here, your approved concept evolves into detailed plans.This includes CAD floor plans, elevations, lighting layouts, electrical plans, and specifications for bespoke joinery. We finalise layouts for key spaces like kitchens and bathrooms, along with window treatments, wall finishes, flooring, and carefully selected materials. We then meet to present all of the materials and finishes in person.
06.
Installation
The final phase brings your vision to life. We oversee the delivery, placement, and installation of every item, ensuring each detail is perfectly realised. Our team completes final styling, arranges accessories and artwork, and ensures your home is flawlessly presented, ready for you to move in and create new stories.
