Situated in the historic heart of Clifton near Bristol, this Grade II listed property boasts a rich heritage dating back to around 1850. Reflecting the Regency Style with distinct Italian and Greek Neoclassical influences, it stands as a testament to the architectural grandeur of its time.

Against the backdrop of the Industrial Revolution, Clifton emerged as a sought-after retreat for wealthy Bristolians, witnessing significant societal and architectural transformations.

San Stae is proud to undertake the complete redesign of this magnificent four-story property, including the conversion of a garage into a garden room. With careful consideration of its heritage and contemporary needs, we aim to breathe new life into this historic gem, preserving its character while infusing modern functionality and style.
